The Burn it Up Pepper Company was born May, 2024. Thanks to the support of friends, family, and fellow pepper heads, eating habits evolved into a hobby. For many years our garden contained a variety of peppers and our household maintained a constant supply of hot sauce. As time went by, medium level spice replaced the mild.
